Q. Do you accept School P.O. s and money orders?
A. Yes, it's quite simple. All you do is go about
shopping like you normally would, and when you check out, click the
button at the bottom of the page saying that you would like to pay via
P. O. or money order. This will then give you a page to print out
and send in with your P. O. or money order. It's as simple as that!
Q. When can I expect my order?
A. We ship most orders via U.P.S. Most orders leave within 24 hours.
Allow up to additional 10 business days for U.P.S. to deliver your order to
your home.
Q. When do I receive an order confirmation?
A. The last page you will see after you have placed your order is your order
confirmation. That page also will indicate it is your order confirmation. Please make sure you
print it, due to it being your receipt.
Q. What should I do if I have to change or cancel my order?
A. If you need additional products, just call our sales department. If you need to
cancel your order, we'll make every attempt to do so. Most orders however, are shipped and on their
way to your home within 24 hours. If you receive your order and wish to return it, you may. Some
items do have a small restock fee.
Q. What if I need to return an unused product?
A. Unused products may be returned to
FootballJunk.com at 2023 S. Cooper St.,
Arlington, TX 76010. Please include a note stating who you are and why you are returning the product.
Q. Do you ship international?
A. Yes, but because of the growing concern over Internet fraud and the general imperfect process of verifying International orders,
we have made certain requirements necessary in order to complete orders billed or shipped overseas:
- At this time we require that all orders billed or shipped out of the U.S.A. must be phoned in to our offices in order to
be completed. A qualified sales representative will outline your payment options, as well as being able to place your order
immediately. Our phone number is 817-303-6620.
- American Express credit/charge cards or a Wire Transfer are the preferred methods of payment for International Orders.
- VISA/MasterCard credit cards are the most difficult to verify and may take longer to process. If verification cannot be properly
confirmed, SportJunk reserves the right to refuse the credit card issued and require that a wire transfer or an American Express
card be the only method used for payment. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
- No orders will be shipped out if verification cannot be confirmed.
